Our Service utilizes artificial intelligence technologies, specifically Google's Gemini 2 Flash and OpenAI's services, to provide enhanced features such as transaction matching, document analysis, and automated data extraction.

2.3 Service Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate, reliable services, OneRent is a tool designed to assist, not replace, human judgment in property management. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice from legal, financial, or real estate professionals.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Registration

To use our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username, password, or account.

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You shall not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, provincial, national, or international law

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

By using these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. AI-generated matches and document processing are provided on an 'as is' basis.
2. While we strive for accuracy, the AI tools may misinterpret data, produce errors, or generate incomplete results.
3. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content and confirming its accuracy before relying on it.
4. We do not guarantee the AI services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
5. Any decisions you make based on AI-generated content are your sole responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

OneRent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss resulting from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of automated outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall OneRent be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the platform in a harmful or illegal manner.

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on our Service or by contacting our support team.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will retain your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

For eligible disputes, you may also seek resolution through the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal.
